Što se restilizovane Octavije Scout tiče (dosadašanji model je prodat u više od 22.000 primeraka), radi se o modelu koji je nastao na bazi karavan verzije običnog putničkog modela, uz dodatak pogona na sva četiri točka, povišenog klirensa (rastojanje automobila od tla), kao i modifikovanog, robusnijeg spoljašnjeg izgleda.
Octavia RS donosi još i RS logo na prednjem grilu, Neptune alu točkove od 18 inča (sa gumama Continental Sport Contact 225/40), xenon prednja svetla, sportski uređenu unutrašnjost, niže ogibljneje (klirens je 127 mm), a u odnosu na stari model, novi RS je i lakši za 20 kg (benzinac, dok je dizelaš lakši 15 kg), aerodinamičniji, ima veću maksimalnu brzinu i manju emisiju CO2.
